The 17th (Seventeenth) Annual General Meeting, of the shareholders of National Credit Ratings Ltd, was held on Saturday, the 11th November 2023 at 12:00 noon at Dhaka Club Limited, Dhaka. It was decided in the AGM to declare 5% each dividend and 32% stock dividend. Dr. A K Abdul Mubin & Md. Shamsudin Ahmed were selected Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
